Our Warranty Commitment

At Wilkerson, we stand behind the quality of the merchandise we sell. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for one year from the original date of purchase by the consumer. When your merchandise is received, it will be carefully inspected as quickly as possible. Once our evaluation is complete, we will promptly communicate our findings and discuss any recommended repairs. We strive to provide one of the best warranty service experiences in the jewelry industry. While most manufacturer defects are covered under warranty, repairs resulting from misuse, accidental damage, excessive wear, abuse, or neglect may incur a repair charge. If any charges apply, we will always contact you for approval before any work is performed.
