Chairman of the Board
Bobby Wilkerson grew up working in the jewelry business alongside his father, who owned a watch repair and jewelry shop in Moulton, Alabama. As a young man, Bobby joined a chain of 32 stores and worked with a larger-than-life Texan named Jim Bayless, running promotions.
Over the past 52 years, Wilkerson has continued to refine and perfect his sales strategies in order to maximize profit. Today, his business has grown to more than 50 in-house employees and over 50 professional consultants dedicated to our partner’s success.

Rick Hayes has 37 years of experience in every facet of the jewelry business. Working closely with prospective clients, he helps identify their individual needs, consulting with them on ways to meet their goals. Frequently quoted in jewelry industry publications, he’s earned respect for his advice among retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers.
Vice President
Josh Hayes specializes in assisting jewelry store owners with the transition process, whether they’re retiring, going out of business or running a promotional event. With extensive experience conducting appraisals on jewelry businesses, he knows what it takes to maximize success. Over the last 18 years, he’s personally put together over 500 jewelry store transitions and assisted with thousands.
General Manager
Brian Smith came to Wilkerson's with 14 years of inventory management experience outside the jewelry industry and an educational background in accounting.
Now that he’s been with us for 15 years, he helps keep our company operating as efficiently as possible while implementing our practices in the sales that we run for customers. He also assists with inventory practices that consistently result in inventory turn, significantly exceeding average in the jewelry industry.
Chief Financial Officer
Jim McGee heads our staff of accounting professionals. With over 30 years of experience, he oversees Wilkerson's day-to-day operations. Throughout the company's growth, he’s been dedicated to integrity and accuracy in all areas.
Merchandising Manager
Patrick Landrum has worked with Wilkerson for over 32 years as a Buyer and Manager of Wilkerson's Merchandise Department. Patrick has sourcing experience in Italy, France, China, Thailand, Hong Kong and the United States.
Patrick has a tremendous amount of relationships throughout the jewelry industry that allow him to source cutting-edge merchandise for our partners in liquidation sales along with our wholesale division.
Director TJR Sales
Russ Whitehouse has over 50 years of experience in the industry and leads Wilkerson's wholesale division. He supervises a team of sales consultants across the country. Russ has a proven record in sales, identifying trends and bringing innovative ideas to our customers.
